With a sublimated patch, the design is first printed with subliamtion inks on a sublimation paper, then transferred to a white polyester fabric base.
ADVANTAGES OF THE SUBLIMATED PATCH
The sublimated patch allows to have fine details independently of the patch weaving and gradient printing.
Custom dye sublimated patches are available in stock or custom shapes and they include your custom design in full color. This printing process is perfect for reproducing fine details or complex artwork containing gradients.Available with standard plastic backing for sew-on applications or iron-on backing. (Sewing is recommended for a more permanent application.) Optional hook and loop backing is available.
Dye Sublimation patches are made from 100% polyester and can either be sewed on or heat applied to a garment. These custom patches can be made in a variety of sizes and shapes and can be customized for your specific needs.
