No, you don't pay mold charge again for reorder.

It's better that you email us file in CDR or AI formats. Otherwise, we can accept EPS.JPG, GIF, PNG, .PPT, DOC, PDF, BMP, TIFF and
.PSD. Almost every format are available for us.

- Send your design or idea, we create an initial sketch for review, then confirm the quotation, approve a sample, and start mass production once you confirm.
- Will I be charged for the mold on reorders?
- No. You pay the mold charge only once. For reorders of the same design, the mold is reused free of charge - just place your repeat order.
- How are the patches packed?
- Normally 100 pieces per OPP bag or small box. Custom packing is available on request to match your retail or wholesale needs.
- Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
- Yes. We accept both OEM and ODM - your logo, your design or our development support, with full customization of shape, size and color.
- How do I choose between 2D and 3D patches?
- 2D gives a clean flat look; 3D adds raised sculpted depth for a more premium, eye-catching finish. Share your design and we will recommend the best option.
- What shipping methods do you use?
- We ship worldwide via DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT express, with tracking provided. Bulk production is ready in 10-15 days after sample confirmation.
